Working with us

Full-service floral design includes custom floral planning, sourcing, design, delivery, installation, and breakdown when needed. We handle everything from personal flowers to table arrangements and installations, allowing you to focus on enjoying the day.

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue and date secured. Most couples inquire 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak season weddings. We book a limited number of events each year to ensure a thoughtful, hands-on experience.

Yes. For full-service wedding florals, our minimum investment is $4,000. This allows us to provide the level of design, sourcing, and on-site installation that defines our work.

We don’t offer set packages. Every wedding is designed individually so the florals reflect your celebration, priorities, and setting rather than a preset formula.

We occasionally take on smaller events in the Midcoast area outside of peak season or when availability allows. For destination weddings or elopements, à la carte orders for personal flowers are available for studio pickup.

More details

Our primary focus is Midcoast and coastal Maine, though we do travel for select weddings. Travel availability depends on date, scope, and season—feel free to inquire with details.

Whenever possible, yes. We prioritize local, seasonal flowers and work closely with Maine flower farms and are members of the Maine Flower Collective. Seasonal sourcing allows for fresher flowers, more thoughtful design, and a lighter environmental footprint.

Absolutely. We use foam-free floral mechanics and make intentional choices throughout our design process to reduce waste. Composting, recycling, and reusing materials whenever possible are standard parts of how we work.

Yes. We proudly work with and celebrate couples of all identities and backgrounds. Creating a welcoming, affirming experience for every couple is central to our values and our process.

Whenever possible, flowers that aren’t taken home by guests and are still in good condition are gathered and repurposed into small arrangements. These are then donated to a local assisted living facility, allowing the flowers to be enjoyed a little longer and shared beyond the celebration.
