Granite Ridge Estate and Barn

Claudia and Jason had the most enchanting vision for their June wedding at Granite Ridge Estate and Barn located in central Maine. They wanted a whimsical, romantic, and fairytale-like celebration with vibrant spring colors and elegance at every turn. They are just the sweetest couple and I’m so glad they trusted me to bring their floral vision to life.

Claudia and Jason met at the University of Chicago and now live in Boston. Jason is originally from Maine so they knew Granite Ridge Estate and Barn would be the perfect place to host their family and friends! The entire day was filled with unique and personal touches that all tied together seamlessly. Jason’s bespoke sage green suit with the citrus fruit lining with his sushi socks is the absolute best! Claudia looked incredible in her off-the-shoulder gown with the shimmering detail.

We wanted the flower design to enhance the whimsical feeling of the day. We selected a wide variety of flowers all with bright spring colors for Claudia’s bridal bouquet, ceremony arbor, and decor.

In a month that rained (hello June 2023), this wedding was the highlight! On the day of their wedding, the forecast called for rain again, but Claudia and Jason were determined to have an outdoor ceremony. Somehow the rain held off and we made it happen!

Granite Ridge is an absolutely gorgeous mountain view property with astounding views in Norway, ME. The on-site staff were so helpful and friendly as we prepared everything for the wedding! There is a small path to a wooded space with benches for their outdoor ceremony. We adorned the wooden arbor with a beautiful bright floral arrangement. The space matched her whimsical theme perfectly.

The barn reception space has huge windows that create unbelievable mountain-top views. The tables were lined with LED candles and assorted brass candleholders that we have available to rent. They look so realistic you would never know they were LEDs and gave the reception a very romantic feel. They had a comprehensive assortment of local Maine beers and ciders for the guests to enjoy throughout the night. Plus Claudia had the perfect party dress for the occasion!
