One of my favorite weddings was Lola and Andrew’s colorful wedding on Peaks Island in Casco Bay. Peaks Island is a short ferry ride from Portland on the coast of Maine, but it gives you a feeling of having traveled far to an island getaway.

Lola and Andrew were all about the bright colors and fun vibe of their island wedding. Lola’s dress had just a hint of blue and her veil was embroidered with gorgeous colorful flowers. We complemented the blue dresses with shades of blue chiffon ribbons for the bouquets. They added fun, coastal elements to their tables. The warm, bright colors of the flowers made everything pop.
